 Caspian from the beginning of time was a giant crossroads of different civilizations. The ancients called it "middle sea of Eurasia." In the early 20th century a railway was built, which duplicates our main river - the Volga, until its mouth. The expedition of the "Russia from the train" is sent to the lower Volga, in place to study the history of the railway and the arrangement of the Volga region to visit unique places that are located right near the main roads of the Volga Railroad.
